"I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!"

"Though an older building, everything my room was clean and functional*, the bed was comfortable, particularly the pillows! Pool and hot tub were open and functional. Breakfast needs to be eaten in the breakfast area or it incurs a charge, which was inconvenient. *My door was broken on the initial room I was given (key card wouldn't open it) but I was quickly given another. I was accidentally double charged (by expedia and the hotel), but this was resolved the next morning and the people at the...

"I did not like that the wi-fi did not work. Even after it was fixed supposedly the program asked me to join with much personal confirmation. I never had this bad experience. Usually all it takes is adding the password. I am not likely to use this hotel again. The wi-fi is an important part of our life and I could not do my work because of this issue."
