"John and Lucy are amazing hosts, so friendly and genuinely want you to have a perfect stay with them. Check in was easy and the room was lovely, very comfortable! The whole bed and breakfast is decorated very well and it's like a home from home. Breakfast is very well cooked and plenty to set you up for the day ahead. Holway House is the perfect base for exploring the local area and I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a great stay!! 😃"

However, we were in a standard room which was not of the same standard. Shabby decor, small & cramped; only one chair, internal phone not working, WIFI unusable in room, bathroom sink didn’t drain and toilet ran constantly, poor shower. If you have any mobility issues you need to let them know before booking as there is no lift and we had a shower over bath."
