Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps at an altitude of 1,200 metres above sea level, the residence "La Siala" in Falera, Switzerland, offers a refined and welcoming holiday rental experience for families and groups seeking comfort, nature, and mountain adventure. Fully renovated in 2024, this child-friendly property is situated on the outskirts of Falera in a quiet, south-facing position that benefits from abundant sunshine throughout the seasons. The residence is part of a well-appointed complex that provides guests with access to a shared yard and lawn area ideal for sunbathing, as well as a shared indoor swimming pool available during seasonal periods from 1 July to 15 October and from 15 December to 31 March. Connectivity is seamlessly ensured through Internet WiFi, allowing you to stay in touch or work remotely while enjoying the mountain surroundings. For guests travelling with electric vehicles, an EV charging station is available on site, reflecting the property's commitment to modern and sustainable travel. Motor access to the residence is provided via a mountain road, and the building is equipped with a lift for added convenience.

A lift provides easy access between floors, while dedicated storage rooms for bicycles and skis ensure that your equipment is safely accommodated. "La Siala Apt.52" is a 2-room vacation rental of 34 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution for additional guests. From the living area, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony of 6 m2, complete with balcony furniture and offering beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful and private sleeping space. The bathroom includes a bath and WC.
Amenities Included
The apartment is fully equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that capsules for the Nespresso-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra cost. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere regardless of the season. For your entertainment, both the living area and the bedroom are fitted with a flat screen cable television. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
