We are located in above the Monserrat Winery in Fallbrook at the far end of a semi-rural residential area. We actually have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us..
The beautiful stylishly built private and secluded Ultimate Serenity hilltop villa sits high atop a hillside overlooking the winery with some absolutely incredible views. We have an expansive top level deck, multiple smaller view deck areas and the villa is complete with a large pool area, including a spa, waterslide and waterfall fountain. We have extensive outdoor seating, a barbecue, and dining for twelve, all with expansive and stunning natural hilltop and valley views.
The grand scale of this hilltop villa is impressive with almost 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor view deck living space which includes a theater room, a workout area, a full bar all downstairs in an expansive great room area. You will also enjoy a formal dining room with seating for up to sixteen, an oversized living room, a full-sized kitchen with both bar seating and also a dining table for six, in addition to the eight bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
The kitchen was created with the home chef in mind and is fully equipped with a chef's range built into the island, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dinette for six, with lovely views from every window.
There are two primary bedroom suites each with a California King-sized bed with dual nightstands, full en-suite bathrooms, and French doors to access an outdoor private balcony.
There are two other guest bedrooms upstairs, each with a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, a shared jack-n-jill full bathroom, and beautiful views of the countryside.
The two bottom floor guest bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and share a full-size bathroom located in the hallway.
The last two guest bedrooms also share a full bathroom, one bedroom has four twin xl beds and the other has two queen-sized beds, and each has exterior sliding doors to the backyard area and beautiful views of the countryside.
Additionally, there is one extremely large ground-floor bonus room area that has a movie theater, a workout area, a bar area and a game area complete with a ping-pong table with a shuffle board game.
The Living room has French door access to the outdoor front grass area, and multiple sofas and seating areas for games, meals and enjoying time with friends and family. There is so much more to enjoy at this amazing property you will be incredibly impressed.
Pool and Spa Heating Fee:
Please let me know if you want to heat the pool and spa during your stay. Due to the high cost of fuel the pool and spa heating is $200 per day. We will send you a request for a pool heating fee in the prior to your arrival.
Parking: We have parking for 10 to 12 vehicles on the property; but, no available street parking so all vehicles must be parked on our actual property.
Dogs: We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.
Please let us know if you intend to bring your dog and we will send you a request for that fee before your arrival date.
We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.

Large Groups Welcome
Sleeping for up to 28 guests with 20 guests in shared beds (including 2 sofa beds) and another 8 guests in single beds (including 3 twin beds and 5 futon sofa beds). Beyond 16 people extra guest charges apply.
A great property for a company retreat, a wedding party, a family getaway, a large group of friends, or a family reunion.
Other Amenities
Late Checkout may be arranged depending on adjacent bookings. When possible you can stay til 6pm so that you can enjoy a half a day to go out and have lunch/brunch in town and come back and take a nap before heading on your journey home for a $300 extra charge (pending availability).
If you would like to have the pool and spa heated during your stay it is $200 extra per day. The pool will be heated to 86 degrees and it's amazing!
We have a very warm season from July through September so you may not need to heat the pool during these beautiful summer months.
You will have full access of the entire property and all it's amenities.
