Love the location! It's very handy (about 7-8 mins) to the Island Queen Ferry Staff is friendly and helpful Breakfast is not bad and offers a pretty good selection that changes almost daily.

Great experience at the Iris Hotel! Spotless rooms, friendly service, and a good breakfast. It's in an excellent location for taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property. Would stay here again. Comfortable beds. Nice ambience in lobby. Great breakfast. Views at check in area beautiful. They have a little patio out front where u can sit and stare at the lake. There is a road between hotel and view of lake. Very peaceful there.

The Iris hotel was a good stay. I liked how the room smelled fresh, and the hallways smelled of new carpet. The bathroom was small and showed signs of being a little but it was manageable and the breakfast was great.

Staff was great, included breakfast was very good, and parking and location were excellent. The halls were being repainted and the hall rugs were being replaced, so the facilty was in the midst of a needed refresher. We still would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was so quaint… we loved the set up and the outdoor chairs that face the lake was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. 10 minute drive to the parking area to catch the bus to the ferry. Great location and room was clean and nice decor… I’m looking forward to going back

The staff from the front desk to the cafe were polite, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was truly handicap accessible, with a shower seat over the tub, adjustable shower and amenities within easy reach. Breakfast was beyond expectations. We stayed here before and after our excursion to MV and we would highly recommend to anyone traveling in Cape Cod or going to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.

The bedding in this property has been significantly upscaled. The beds, linens and pillows are all absolutely comfortable. The rooms were clean and very large. The breakfast that came with the room was far beyond any continental I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh. There were high-end pastries, and even scrambled eggs were hot and delicious. everyone at the property was welcoming and friendly.
