"The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future. "

"Great downtown location, close to parkways/tollways, fantastic breakfast, happy hour drinks and small bites, good gym equipment, room temperature controls worked great, good water pressure in the shower and full kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again."

"Definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed in during my trips to Lower Greenville! Nice location, clean a spacious cottage, and check in / check out was super easy! Buy only concern was that the tub/shower is a claw footed, free standing tub with a shower curtain that wraps around. Not a great setup for someone elderly or with mobility issues."
