"If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day. "This place is a hidden jewel close to the airport in the city but might as well be 100 miles away. A working farm with charming rooms, a Michelin recognized restaurant on site, a gorgeous pool area, and wonderful breakfast. All while goats and horses run around the property in fenced pastures. Incredible value for the experience and a nice way to avoid crazy Venice while waiting for a flight."
