"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Although it's located in a slightly run-down area, the hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. We were in Albania for a few days and really enjoyed our stay here. They also have underground parking so ideal for travellers who hire a car! I would definitely recommend it!"

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but a bit confusing - there were menus for omelettes but nobody asked for orders, tongs were forgotten for hot foods. Maybe this was just an off day. But tasty overall. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging parking and setting us for the airport the next day."

"The hotel is located in a strategic location, easy to get out of in any direction, the area itself is excellent and there is no shortage of restaurants, quality cafes, currency exchange. The hotel seems to be regularly maintained and has always been very clean, the staff are very nice and always smiling. The breakfasts have always been at the same good level, only a small comment I will allow myself to comment on, they do not have hot natural milk and everything is through machines in my opinion this detracts from the quality of the morning coffee / tea with milk / upside down or whatever, the rest of the things are excellent. In short, I highly recommend it"

"The hotel has a great location with many places at walking distance. My room had a view of the Skanderbeg Square that was the icing on top, just outstandingly beautiful. Staff was very helpful and prompt at fulfilling any requests. The only thing I was not happy about was the AC in the room, as it did not cool enough and turned off when I left the room, so the room was hot when I came back. This was not helpful considering the crazy heat outside because I had to wait quite some time for the room to be at an ambient temperature (again, the AC did not cool much)."

"We travelled with two young children and had a wonderful stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities. The hotel offers beautiful views over Tirana and is conveniently located close to the cable car. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly in terms of variety and overall quality. Aside from that, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families visiting the area."
