"To be honest the building does need a little attention ie the sink in our bathroom was cracked. Overall though the hotel is clean our room was beautiful it was relatively quiet ( other customers children) All the staff I’ve dealt with are amazing and very pleasant. I would definitely and have recommended this hotel. Will be staying there again soon. "

"Old Bonaventure House is a charming gem in the short term rental world. We used it as a base for exploring this region a Newfoundland and while it is perhaps a little isolated for some folks it was ideal for us. Our only regret was that we had not set up our trip to allow us time to relax here. It would be an ideal place to pursue creative endeavours.The house has old world charm complimented by all of the amenities one could ask for. Dawne was a warm and accommodating host. Thank you."

"Mayo Cottage is situated in a beautiful location overlooking a bay. It is comfortable, clean and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends. The only negative is that the oven was not working (but our host Betty was careful to let us know in advance.). I’m sure that problem will be remedied soon and we didn’t really need it anyway. We would choose to stay there again for sure. Beautiful!!"
