"Well to start off the room that was offered was for handicapped accommodations through Hotels. And it wasn’t facing the lake. Which we had to pay $130 more for our anniversary weekend stay. Which was two days.. The bed was very uncomfortable the first night. They did however, take care of the valet parking for the two nights. They moved us to a different room, which was not as nice as the first one. But the room had more comfortable bed. Less counter space for our toiletries. They did however, give us a $15 snack credit. There was another manager before we left on Sunday morning that was supposed to get the manager to contact me. I never heard anything from them."

"The hotel lobby was very welcoming very big very nice very clean. The elevators are really clean. The hotel room was a little on the small side, but enough room and space for everything to be put away. The bathroom was on the very clean side. Not to mention the staff was very friendly. Overall very enjoyable place. Will definitely stay again "
