Tive uma experiência bastante positiva durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. Dependendo da estrutura do local, destaco também a presença de academia, piscina e espaços de convivência como diferenciais que valorizam a experiência do hóspede. A localização do hotel foi conveniente, com fácil acesso a pontos de interesse, transporte e comércios nas redondezas. Estrutura boa, mas a limpeza deixa muito a desejar

Razoável. Tem TD p ser um bom hotel, mas peça muito na limpeza. O teto da recepção é cheio de teias de ART, os banheiros da recepção são imundos, o corredor que dá acesso aos quartos sujos, o vaso sanitário do quarto tem uma crosta amarela, elevadores, seus espelhos e salão do café da manhã são sujos. Estrutura boa, mas a limpeza deixa muito a desejar.

A hospedagem foi apenas razoável; o hotel fica bem localizado, e o quarto é bem amplo, entretanto precisa de melhor manutenção. Achei a cama e os travesseiros bem ruins, e, a depender da localização do quarto, o barulho pode ser um forte incômodo. O café da manhã era simples, com poucas opções, mas bem gostoso. A área da piscina está em reformas isso não foi avisado no anúncio.

Bom hotel!

O hotel é bom, tem um quarto grande e limpo, o café da manhã é razoável. O hotel está fazendo uma grande reforma e desta forma só está em uso o essencial. De forma geral é um bom hotel, tem boa localização e ficou dentro do esperado. O hotel aceita pets e eu me hospedei com meu cão de colo e paguei uma taxa de 60 reais por diária. Acho desnecessário essa taxa já que o hotel não fornece nada para o cão, ele transita no colo, faz as necessidades fora do hotel, não utiliza nada, mal o espaço de 50 cm no quarto onde eu coloquei a caminha que ele dorme.

O Hotel precisa melhorar a Decoração nos corredores, resolver logo a obra e fazer RETROFIT nas fachabas do Prédio. Recuperar as garagens com pintura e sinalização interna. Melhorar o café da manhá, inclusive a apresentação dos alimentos.

Fica bem no centro de feira de Santana, perto de tudo. A estadia foi ótima, fomos bem recebidas. Café da manhã maravilhoso. O estacionamento está um pouco abandonado, falta algumas manutenções. O lençol estava com algumas manchas. O chuveiro é bem forte o banho foi bem relaxante.

No geral a qualidade é satisfatoria, os pontos positivos são: 1 bom isolamento sonoro, 2 o ar funciona muito bem, 3 ótimo café da manhã, 4 otimo atendimento. Pontos negativos: 1 parte da garagem do G2 estava indisponivel e o acesso à garagem do G1 é muito apertado; 2 os elevadores são para 8 pessoas, mas aloja no máximo quatro adutos.

Atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã excelente mas acho um absurdo não liberar talheres para os hóspedes, mesmo não comprando lá, já pagamos a hospedagem, poderiam oferecer. No banheiro debaixo da pia tinha uma estante que estava colada com dupla face (fita adesiva).
