"The room was great, and the breakfast buffet was amazing!"

"The room was clean, but air conditioner was not working. Talked to a staff about it, and she came into the room to verify it was not working. However, she told us to wait for 30 min, and let her know if it was still not working. There was no phone to call the front desk, and I had to go to front desk to let her know. It was so inconvenient and we just let it go since we were going to check out next day. It was not worth for money I paid for."

"Great location, but we're disappointed that they put us in a room with construction right outside our window. Knowing this they should have offered us a free breakfast or something as a sorry for the inconvenience gesture. Pounding and machines going off at 7:30 am wasn't enjoyable"

"The rooms are small but efficient. They have everything you need (minus shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel). If you skip a room clean each day, you can exchange that for a free beer or water. Conveniently located a short walk from the train station. Lots of good restaurants just around the corner (Thai!). Appreciate that they have a food machine downstairs in the lobby and that the TVs have app access to watch favorites from home. Love the decor and colorful accents."

"We were pleasantly impressed by the quality of the room, lobby decor, and very varied and good breakfast. The room was very quiet in spite of the hotel being so close to the airport. Bus 512, which stops a few yards from the entrance of the hotel, took us back and forth to and from the airport and was very convenient and fairly priced, which made it quite easy for us. The only problem that we found is that the rugs in the hallways and in our room were quite stained and need a good cleaning. Otherwise, everything else was nice and well maintained."
