Excellent stay. Hotel grounds were kept up nicely. Great communication with ease of check-in. Rooms were very clean with cold a/c. Definitely will return in future as one my top choices to choose when comparing prices.

The room was perfect for 3 travelers. The pool was a plus, especially after the beach. The pool showers make it easy to clean off before going up to your room or getting into the pool. Second year there and looking forward to next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The canal view was great. There is nothing remarkable about the rooms. They are older but well maintained. The place is also quite likely due to no pets and concrete block walls. It's very easy to get to the beach and places to shop and eat and play within walking distance. It's a great no frills family owned establishment.

Very quiet clean property. Excellent view from our room. Late check out option was greatly appreciated. Only wish the weather was better and we were able to stay longer, but looking forward to possibly staying there again.

Room was pretty much spotless, towels, bedding, floor, everything. A/C worked great. The pool was open at the expected hours every day we were there, and there was always a parking spot for our car in their parking lot. There were a couple of small things that could use updating, some of the in room amenities, could use a refresh. Beds are a bit creaky, and the TV allowed HD streaming, but even in HD they cut they edges off slightly because they are a bit dated and have the wrong ratio. Overall, great experience for the price, and I will take, affordable (compared to other beach stays), clean and maintained over updated any day.

This hotel was very clean. Room was updated and comfortable. AC worked excellent! Convenient location to DE and OC. Front desk lady was rude at check in and when we called to ask questions! Room needs black out curtains that reach ceiling; the sun woke us at 5:30am every morning!

I took my husband and son here for Father's day weekend. It was our first family trip & first time staying here. It was awesome that we had a pool and it was a short walk to a private beach. I would definately say this will be my go to for all future beach trips!

It was a great value for the area. We were right on the main strip. Beds and rooms comfortable. The facility very clean. Very accessible very walkable. had a tiny kitchenette in the room. Wonderful view.
