"Our condo was complete with brand new appliances (including a washer and dryer!) and the entire apartment was spotless!! The employees were all very helpful and friendly and we were always greeted with a big smile!"

"Lovely stay in Hermanus. It had a very sophisticated charm to it without being pretentious. The lobby was beautiful and had reading rooms with a grand staircase.lively pool area with gardens. Not a big hotel but would summarize as a “decent size boutique” hotel. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. Security was always there with a gate to access the grounds. 8 minute walk to the main center but was right across the street from a lovely Oceanside restaurant and tide pool. Highly recommend everything about this property. "

So accommodating and friendly, service with a smile. Spa was great and very reasonable! Definitely do at least one dinner with their chef who customized meals to freshest available! Only wish we could have stayed longer!"
