This is a budget motel... not the a five star hotel. If you go into the space with that expectation you will find the place perfectly nice. If you are looking for Tier 1 hotel then this is not the place.

While our room was still being cleaned when we checked in, we noticed there were enough towels for one person, the lighting was very dim with only one lamp and one overhead light. The light switch to the bathroom was on the outside of the door (which didn't close at all) and the heating/air conditioning unit was on the far end of the room where the door to the bathroom blocked the air flow and when we turned on the heat, there was a dusty/musty smell that chocked us up. It went away when we switched to the air conditioning setting. Our main concern was the deadbolt latch was broken, the outside door was installed wrong, and we could see light coming from all around the door which led to the stairwell and access to the elevator. We didn't feel safe but since it was so late at night, we stayed as there weren't rooms available at other nearby motels. The towels we received after asking for more were snowy white, had a clean scent and were standard sizes. The staff was courteous, and understanding of our concerns, but there weren't any other rooms available on a Saturday night.

Good part - beds were comfy and clean Bad part - Bathroom was DISGUSTING! It looked like someone peed on the wall, and it ran down the wall and dried. Buildup of dust on the baseboards; scaly something in the tub and no drain plug...No way would I shower in that bathroom. REALLY needs some attention. The front door, even when closed and locked, you could see daylight through the door jamb....

Decent place for a last minute overnight stay. Rooms are large and beds comfortable . Hot water didn’t last very long in shower (5-6 minutes ) , bathroom heater didn’t work, alarm clock was unplugged and had to plug in and set time, didn’t try tv, microwave or pool , but fridge worked. Rooms are not the cleanest but for under 100 a night I’ll take it. Continental breakfast is only a couple cereals and some bread to toast , it’s not much. Best to bring your own breakfast .

The staff at Super 8 in Fernley were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered extra shampoo, conditioner, and soap and told me to let them know if I needed anything. The only thing I could suggest to make it better would be to get new pillows and try to whiten the sheets a little. Overall, it was very good and I would stay there again.

Staff was awesome. Now the motel itself is a mess. Room had sticky floors. Pool was not working. No ice machine bed skirt had sticky stuff all over it. No towels paid for a king smoking room got a full handicap non smoking room. Price was to be $55 a night. Got charged $77. Will not stay again. Star 3 was only because of the cute ladies at the front

The room was horrible for a Wyndham property. My husband and I were appalled upon entry into the room. Sadly, there was nowhere else to go that night. The sheets and pillow cases were supposed to be white, but looked dull and dirty like they had not been washed in weeks. The comforter was no better. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing sheets and pillow cases that we placed directly on top of the bedding. No comforter was used. The bathroom towels (2), wash cloth (1) and hand towel (1) looked like the bedding. Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room. The furniture was beat up. The floor boards looked like they had not been cleaned in years. Neither of us used the shower!! The room/bathroom was HORRIBLE as was the overall condition of the property. BBQs and lawn chairs outside of the rooms! The provided breakfast was a joke. We will never stay here again or recommend to others. Wyndham please take a look at this property. This represents your company.

Everything was dirty and stained. The breakfast options are cereal any cereal. Beds sucked. Walls are dirty. Staff wasn't even able to check in/out properly. This was not a good place too stay.
