"Perfect location and comfortable beds however this hotel needs a lot of updating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room smelled of cigarettes, 2nd room had a pipe burst in ceiling. Then they moved us to a suite but it did not have a king size bed and balcony which is what we booked. The lobby was warm with 2 bags fans to move air around. It's unfortunate because with this location it has a ton of potential"

"I stayed for a comedy show. How do you run out of the basic beer? My room was clean but the shower head, room 611, squirted everywhere. The shower head was not adjustable to even wash out the tub. The moisture in the bathroom can be eliminated with an exhaust fan so the paint does not chip or fall in the tub. Overall 7 out of 10!"

"The hotel is in a good location, walkable to restaurants, nightlife. The room was worn, but clean. The lobby coffee carafe was empty at 7 am on a Sunday morning, very surprising. Did not have time to wait for a new carafe to brew, as Uber was waiting. There was a dog wandering around the lobby, unleashed, I think belonging to a guest, but they were not near him. Parking is very limited, though there was a valet to help with parking."

Told that we would be texted when the room was ready, we walked around town for over an hour. No text so we returned and were told our room was ready. Grabbed a cart and loaded luggage for three-block hike. "
