Up here, 200 metres above Fieberbrunn, there is no hustle and bustle. Just a cosy little house, nature and a clear view of the surrounding mountains. A home for people who see simplicity as a luxury. The secluded location surrounded by greenery makes this place something special. The view of the impressive mountain backdrop opens up from every windowsill: Buchensteinwand and Spielberg to the east; Wildseeloder and Lärchfilzkogel to the south, and the Kitzbüheler Horn and Wilder Kaiser to the west.
No frills - just warmth, wood and the feeling of home
The house is old. First mentioned in a document in 1875, it tells of a time when people were still content with simple things. And that is precisely what makes the house so charming. There are no marble tiles, no designer fixtures, no luxury in the conventional sense - and that is precisely why it feels so "real". Even through the careful renovations in recent years - including new windows, floors, insulation, and roof - the authentic character has always been preserved. You heat with a wood-burning stove, cook on the old Grandl, and feel the creaking of the wooden floors under your feet... The thick stone walls, 60 cm thick, keep the house cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter. The sun accompanies you throughout the day, and when it disappears behind the mountains in the evening, the gentle crackling in the stove remains.
