"Clean room, the cleaning staff was great. My room was #901, which was directly behind the elevator shaft. I could hear every bit of noise from the elevator when it started, stopped, and some nights, screeching sounds. I asked the staff to change my room to the same type, but they gave me a different, older room where the carpet had rips, and the couch had rips. I got a lesser quality room for the remainder of my 5-day stay. I've stayed here numerous times, but I think my last visit will be my last. "

"One of the reasons I booked this property was I thought the room had washer/dryer which it didn't.Breakfast could be better...real crockery instead of disposable plates, better choices. Not particularly clean room -expensive for what it was. Would try somewhere else next time"

"I checked the bathroom and saw black mold like substanceI took pictures. Showed them to hotel clerk who was kind and gave me a new room key. The 2nd bathroom had black mold substance worst than the first room. I took pictures and got a room key for a 3rd room. It was mold free bathroom. The WiFi code did not work properly. Room phone did not work in 3rd room. Warning, if you stay here check the bathroom for black mold substance before you unpack. I will not be returning to this hotel. "
