"The property and how they maintain it was excellent. However, what I found very upsetting was that the toilet kept getting stopped up and no compensation was given for that inconvenience"

"Free parking and having a Whole Foods within a 2 minute walk was a bonus."

"The property was well kept and the staff was always helpful. I did not like the two person pool that you had to make reservations to use."

"Wifi doesn’t reach parts of the building so if you have a room on the far side you don’t get WiFi. Toilet seat was worn (this is a cheap replacement fix that wasn’t done). Overnight staff was good but the keycard reader on the doors aren’t up to date and thus there’s trouble at times getting into your room."

"Room was not like the pictures. Don’t trust that. It’s similar but walls and everything was just dirty. Didn’t trust a single surface. *end of night came around I lock my door and then had to run out. Guess what I couldn’t.* I was locked in my room! The metal of the door was bent and wedged and left me stuck in the room. Thankfully a friend was able to rescue me. But needless to say I left shortly after that."

"We were a late arrivval and tired. Wanted to sleep and not worry. Eventhough it said non smoking we could smell it, especially in the restroom. The mattres covers were dirty and one of the covers had stains. Thankfully we had our own cover and we just wanted to rest. I am so glad it was just for one night. I will not stay there again. "

At 1st glance we were a bit skeptical, but upon entry found the property ti be a hidden gem. We even extended our stay to explore more of the fabulous Hamptons. "
