"The property is a wonderful vibe if you are looking for an older, unique resort that looks like it belongs in a different time period. There are no elevators and the carpets could be updated but that would definitely affect the older feel. Staff is always welcoming as were the fireplaces going as well. The restaurant can be overwhelmingly loud, but you can go to the adjacent room. Outdoor fire pits are a wonderful after hours setting. Morning breakfast is available either in the restaurant or the small cafe next door. Definitely an annual vacation for our family."

"Excellent service by the counter and hotel staff. Clean and the beds were incredible. In the area of a gagillion wineries, etc. miles of vineyards. Gorgeous place!"

"Overall liked the house and the location. The only 2 complaints were that the beds are not very comfortable and noisy. And the other thing is that a squirrel was getting in somewhere and scratching behind the walls every morning. Lol. But overall the house is really nice and price is great"

"Such a quiet, private, beautiful place! Stayed here for my sisters wedding as Beach Glass Estates (her venue) was right up the road. Staff was a family that owns the property and is so kind."

"The listing was accurate and the property was exceptional and clean. Great location with direct view of Lake Erie. Walkable beach and trail along creek that’s behind cottage. Cottage was comfortable and well stocked. Pet friendly. Great place to relax and 2nd cottage next door for larger groups. Overall, great place."

"We had a wonderful time sitting and enjoying the view of the lake, beach combing, and watching the bald eagles and squirrels! Sarah was very responsive to every question and concern we had. Lovely accommodations, Comfortable beds and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the waves. Definitely on our list to stay again."

"We had a lovely stay here . The house was very homey and inviting , the deck was wonderful for morning coffee and viewing the lake . We had gorgeous sunsets from the LR window as well. The community is quiet and friendly and it's a nice walkable area . The location is close enough to town to be easily accessible while being out far enough to be relaxing . Presque Isle State Park is very doable as a day trip to enjoy the beaches and Erie . The wineries are close by if that's your thing . Stacey and John are excellent hosts and are welcoming and caring . We will be returning to explore more of the area that we fell in love with and will stay here again ."
