"Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight. It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight."

The hotel itself is situated a short walk from the main tourist centre of Sintra. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day!"
