"Lovely staff, helpful and happy. The rooms are modern, beds comfy, but the shower door didn't seal so we were left with a wet floor after every shower. We'd requested a quiet room, we certainly did get one which was great while trying to beat back jetlag; but were surprised that we didn't have a window... Quite a convenient location for those who like to walk about."

"Only stayed a quick night before a flight out, but the hotel was very comfortable and nice. The location next to the Haymarket station, the tram and Airlink bus stop was super convenient. It's also in an area of many restaurants and nice walks."

"Helpful front desk but our room wasn't made up for the 4 of us. Had to ask to get the sofa made up into a bed and lacking cups and tea/coffee etc for 2 people never mind 4. Also no robes or slippers as advertised for our room and only 2 towels. Front desk staff were very apologetic and personally brought us some. Bar was good, breakfast was nice and handy for the airport."

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights toward the end of our trip to Scotland. The hotel is housed in an older building, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Overall, we found our room comfortable, although with the colder weather, it was somewhat difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. One important consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, depending on your room's location. I also had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on one occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. The service was not particularly friendly or attentive, and I had to ask for coffee several times. The breakfast itself was average at best. On a more positive note, the hotel staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. One big advantage of this hotel, particularly for those travelling by car, is the availability of complimentary parking, which is convenient."
