Could not have been better!

We loved our stay! The area is so nice, mostly residential and we just about had the beach to ourselves every day. The beach is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The condo was just perfect, very homey with everything we could possibly need! We loved the character of the place, colorful and cozy. We also encountered one of the resident turtles in the yard! The beach access is right across the road, a quick and easy walk. My daughter and I did not want to leave, that was the only downside.

What a View!

We had an incredible time at Casa de la Playa Altos. We had our two kids (4 and 2) and this was the perfect place. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was just incredible. We will be coming back.

absolutely amazing!!!

This place was perfect for my boyfriend, myself and our 2 pups - it was a true blast! the patio can't be beat. We spent all our evenings on the patio listening to the waves. Two of our friends wanted to come for the weekend and we asked Andres if they could rent the bottom floor he was very accommodating renting his place at such late notice. The turtles were very active for us as well and always fun to watch. The other part we loved is that we could walk EVERYWHERE! So close to restaurants, the pier, the beach. We have told all our fiends and family we will have to come back and rent the whole house. Andres was awesome and cannot wait to come stay again!

Nice house - Great location - Beautiful View - Construction next door *

Overall we were happy with our stay. Flagler Beach was a nice, quiet little beach town and I guess it's quiet because there are police everywhere. I will probably return some day as I really liked the small town, residential feel it had. There were no large hotels or even condo buildings like there are in Ormond or further south. It was nice and the beach was very clean and private. We booked the house because it was simple, quiant and right at the beach. When we booked it we didn't know they were building a house next door and that construction would be going on and the view obstructed, so that was disappointing, but we were compensated for this inconvenience so it's all good. I do feel the property is overpriced now that I have stayed here and now that it does not boast the view and beach access it once had. If the price were lowered I would absolutely stay here again, but for the current price, I don't think so. The house is equipped with all the basics you should need such as linens, towels, dishes, some cookware, toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels, dish soap, trash bags... You will need to bring your own spices, coffee and shampoo. We found it to be very clean, but were not impressed with the sticky pad thing on the bottom of the tub- the mat thing some people use- it seemed rather gross, but that was the only thing that we found to be dirty or unappealing. The internet worked great, but the TV only provides basic cable with very few channels, so make sure you bring some entertainment for rainy days. I really liked the big front deck! The view was great! You may want to bring or buy some lounge chairs if you like to lay out, as there are only 4 chairs and a small table, but there is plenty of room to sit and relax, cookout, have a party, whatever. The deck is the best part! Customer service was very prompt and friendly, but not as informative as one would expect. Be aware of the construction next door. There were machines and people working, so it was not as peaceful as we hoped because we were not made aware of this until we arrived and saw it - the ad had not been updated. Now the pics show the house being built next door, but it still isn't mentioned. Just a heads-up. Other than the obvious, I don't have any complaints, but I will not stay here again. Mr. Nazario was very nice to work with and I appreciate him understanding our disappointment and correcting the situation, but I was not as impressed as I hoped I would be.

Our stay at Casas de la Playa Altos was wonderful! The view from the deck (and the bedroom) is enticing. Everything was perfect. It’s so convenient having the beach right across the street. Flagler Beach is one of our favorite places. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Andres. He is a great guy!

Vintage Vibes on the Ocean!

Wonderful location at Flagler Beach. Close enough to restaurants and activity, but far enough for quiet. Beach walkover was right across the street, very convenient. The owners were super, providing very clear check in info and recommendations for birthday restaurants. Altos was just as the pictures represented, with everything we needed for a nice stay. Cute vintage decor gave an old Florida vibe, lots of character. We would visit again!

Great cozy cottage with excellent ocean view.

Nice little upstairs apartment. Nothing fancy, but that is part of the appeal. Feels like a second home. Great ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and large wrap around deck. Very clean and well stocked with essentials.

Casa was more than I imagined or expected!!! Pics & description were exactly as it looks, but even better when U arrive. The front Yard is Genius & Gorgeous & actually got to see a Sea turtle walking down His boardwalk. Was nice & peaceful & Beach was Gorgeous. I wasn’t able to bring my Pup, but a perfectly Pet Friendly Spot. And yes, an easy 1 min walk to Beach & Ocean. Nice!!! I Really can’t compliment enough Good/Great things to say @ this stay!!! Fabulous Find!

Such a beautiful bungalow! The view is spectacular! The home is the perfect size for 2-4 adults, very spacious deck with plenty of chairs to sit, relax and enjoy! The hosts are very hospitable, everything was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries, just bring your clothes, everything else is there for you! Highly Recommended!!!

We stayed at this property during Christmas. We loved it so much. very clean, cozy place. very quite area, no traffic. beach is across the street, you can see it from the property windows. everything is walkable distance, lots of parks, shops, good restaurants.

Great Location

It is a perfect location with an excellent view of the beach. The beach walkover across A1A is not open due to storm damage, but there is an open one about a block south. The landscaping needs some work and it's about time to refresh the interior, furnishings, and deck. It's all a bit dated. I could not get the oven to light (gas) on the last day. Great beach bungalow for a long weekend getaway. Owner was great to communicate with.

Location was really nice. Our one only negative is the beach. They stated beach access which was not entirely true. The beach access as well as the beach itself were heavily damaged by recent hurricanes. Great for surfing but you can barely walk along the beach during low tide.

Absolutely loved this beach house. Perfect location and perfect for 2. The large outdoor deck/patio was a plus with ocean view right there in front of you. Plenty of amenities to cook your own meals and close to restaurants and grocery store. Walking was easy and not far from a few eateries. This upstairs unit was was perfect and we'll be back again!

Flagler stay

Despite hurricane Ian ravaging the coast and destroying most of the walkovers, we had a great vacation. The large deck allowed us to see the ocean constantly, also while in the house and bed. It’s beautiful
