- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 + Tax will be charged for the first dog. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.
