"Breakfast, parking, or the internet is not included in the hotel price. No internet? Ridiculous!! Bottle of water was $4 in the room. Stay somewhere else, where they would offer water in the lobby with cucumber or lemon for God’s sake. "

"Parking was plentiful. Sufficient options. Mercy-at the front desk was welcoming, warm, helpful and accommodating. I will stay w them next visit to Tucson."

"I thought nearly everything was perfect. The staff at the desk, the bar, and the breakfast counter in the lobby were kind and personable. It was clean and had fun pictures on the wall, a funky cactus lamp, I had a beautiful view. And the pool was fabulous For morning swim in preparation for a day of conferencing. I loved almost everything...except the design of the room (really just the bathroom). My hip hit the toilet paper dispenser when I used the toilet. The bathroom mirror was only lit from one side (bad for makeup application). The shower leaked on the floor (puddles with sock on, ick1). I had a lovely kettle that I had to walk around the room to find an outlet to plug it in. But definitely recommend a stay."

"Off street parking as well as street permit provided by host. Vibrant neighborhood with good shopping .2 miles and great restaurants and market. Quiet, comfortable with a living room and dining nook for Scrabble or eating, spacious bedroom, good drawer and closet space. Plenty hot water and good, quiet air conditioning. Ceiling fan in bedroom a plus."

"Overall it served its purpose well. Staff was helpful and friendly, hotel was clean, and parking garage was by far easier than finding parking for what was a reasonable price for having a safe place for your car. Breakfast had slightly different options each of the two days I stayed. The room had 2 beds and a microwave and fridge that were clean. The shower head is actually high enough that I don’t have to contort myself and risk slipping to wet my hair like so many have. Only slight things that I didn’t like. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low even after adjusting the shower head to its strongest setting. The bathroom door is a barn style door that slides on a track. It doesn’t lock and has a gap between the door and wall so not the most private bathroom. To make the door gap worse, the fan was so quiet that my kid was saying that they couldn’t figure out what the second switch in the bathroom did. Sometimes it’s more comfortable to have a sound barrier for bathroom use, usually a fan or at least a door that blocks sound a little bit. There were 2 trash cans in the room, a bathroom can and a small divided can for trash and recycle. They were both about 3 steps away from the door, which is not near the desk or close enough to the beds. Finally, the only Kleenex was in the bathroom, which also has toilet paper. None huge deals, but small comfort issues do lessen the experience. The price at this hotel was also the lowest price in the area."

"Great spot. We particularly appreciated the Keurig coffee pods, and the toiletries that were available to us on arrival. beds were comfy. Parking was a little tight, because our rental company gave us a big SUV instead of the sedan that I wanted. But we got used to it over time, and it was satisfactory. The location is well stocked with toiletries and paper goods and a couple of bottles of water in the refrigerator, which was great. Unusually quick responsiveness from Eric, which gave us a sense of comfort. If available will stay here again."
