Quiet, comfortable with a living room and dining nook for Scrabble or eating, spacious bedroom, good drawer and closet space. Plenty hot water and good, quiet air conditioning. Ceiling fan in bedroom a plus."

"House is quite charming, but the entrances are a challenge for older people. The parking is also a challenge if you drive a truck or suv.
