"Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

"Return to paradise!! This is by far my favorite place in TX. We loved our stay so much last year that we came back and brought my parents to "the castle". They enjoyed themselves so much and made the best memories, like teaching their grandsons how to swim. Just when we couldn't imagine this place could get any better, they updated the outdoor spaces. My husband and I played pickleball and tennis on the new courts after taking a nice stroll through the property. If you wanna see beautiful sunsets and amazing views throughout your day, you'll definitely want to stay here. Plenty of fun for your furbabies as well!"

"We booked this stay for an intimate wedding we had there. The only attendees of the wedding were also guests staying with us the entire time so it made for a super convenient vacation with our loved ones and the day of the wedding provided a perfect scene for our nuptials. The photos truly do not do this location justice. I would not only recommend but would also stay here again if possible. Any issues we had during the stay were resolved immediately by the property manager. I cannot say enough about those fine gentlemen, Larry and Jakob. So helpful and kind. "

"Made a quick decision to go to the lake, the condo is right on the lake but a few hundred feet up the cliff to the lake. There’s not a lot to do in the area unless you have a boat or plan to rent. We had lunch at Capt Pete’s marina and it was very good. Spent the 2nd day across the lake at Stonehouse vineyard, good Texas wine only problem it’s an hour drive around the lake. All in all it’s a very nice condo and priced well"
