"The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Accommodations were exactly what we expected. Great value for the money. We’re even tried the room service menu one evening, which we never do. The food was good, we were rather pleased. Nice short and easy walk to the entrance of Downtown Disney and the entrance to the Disney theme parks. Super pleasant staff. We were greeted with a smile and friendly hello upon arrival. I would highly recommend giving hotel Lulu a try. We will be back"

"We checked in late after a day spent at Disneyland and everything went very smoothly and the person at the desk was very welcoming despite the late hour. Breakfast was amazing!! I’ve never had a feee breakfast at a hotel where there was a chef. He was so nice, funny and personable. Loved talking with him and he made us an incredible breakfast. Can’t say enough about this wonderful man. Very nice touch!!"
