This waterfront resort is ideal for guests who love water sports and activities! Featuring rentals of kayaks, row boats, paddle boats, pontoon boats, motorboats, fishing poles, and more, guests will be able to enjoy the water for hours. On cloudy days, head into the waterpark for an additional fee or keep in shape using the on-site fitness room. Play a round of mini golf with the kids or take a dip in one of the 4 pools. There's something for everyone at this awesome resort!

Our space has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 bedroom with either 1 King bed or 1 Queen bed and 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

After a day in the water park, retreat to our air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV or watch your favourite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the fully-equipped KITCHEN you'll find a microwave and a refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurants, Harbour Grille, Subway, and Mama DeLuca's Pizza.

LOCAL FAVORITES
If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, just a 16 minute drive away! We suggest visiting the nearby town of Tyler where you can explore the largest Rose Garden in the country. We also recommend taking the kids to the Caldwell Zoo, a 25 minute drive away.

• Unfortunately, your furry best friend will have to sit this one out as pets are not allowed in this unit

• If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site!
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided no damage or additional cleaning is required
