Lovely hotel just outside the touristy part of Florence. The walk to the Duomo and other attractions is an easy 15-20 minutes, or the hotel will arrange a cab. The breakfast buffet is also terrific. We loved our suite. The only suggestion would be to add a mirror or two to make it easier for multiple occupants to get ready in the morning.

My stay at this establishment was amazing! I have to say the staff was so great and helpful. They were quick to respond and ensured our stay was good. I stayed in the King suite and it was very spacious and clean! The location is great, just outside the main centre, but close enough to walk! And the walk is very nice. I would definitely be visiting his hotel again next time I’m in Florence!

We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice.

Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged. Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4 stars hotel. There is no one to take your luggage to your room. Elevators are the smallest Ive seen, they literally only fit 2 people, or 1 person and its luggage.

The hotel is very nice, well appointed and immaculate. All hotel employees we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. The front desk staff provided a map of things to see and kindly explained the best places to visit, as well as calling Ubers for our family. The bar was fun, great drinks, and a great way to relax after a long day of site seeing. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere! Very much appreciated the maid service, finding cookies on bed, and mat laid out on floor adjacent to the bed upon our evening returns. Nice touch. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Decent stay, but definitely not 5 star hotel

Overall ok, but hotel is definitely not a 5 star property. Very expensive for what you get. Had to carry our own luggage because the eleveator is so small, one person could barely fit. I was not aware of the other eleveators on the opposite side which were supposedly larger, I was made aware at the check out. Breakfast was also very limited and at times empty.

When we checked into the hotel they did not offer us luggage assistance. My wife had an injured foot but we had to walk all the way aroind the hotel because the nearby elevator was to small for two and luggage. On the second day we asked for more water.$30. No glasses. They came back with paper cups. $70 for breakfast. Shame on you Hilton. I would rather stay at a motel 6. My worst hotel experience ever
