Great Value Stay in the Heart of Florence

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Florence. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to top restaurants and major tourist attractions. While it feels more like a hostel with private rooms than a traditional hotel, it’s still a solid choice for the price. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and felt clean, modern, and comfortable. There’s no elevator, but the friendly staff were very welcoming and even helped us carry our bags up to the second floor. Bonus: the room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the warmer days. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for budget-conscious travelers.

Host was so nice to let us check in 2 hrs early to leave our luggage there before going exploring around Florence. It was real close to train and was clean and comfortable

First of all they had no idea we were booked in there , it was only after showing them my receipt from Expedia etc ) The room was nice but it appeared to be in a Boarding house . Residents made alot of noise Smoked right outside our door ( on the Balcony and it permeated into our room) I would definitely never stay here or recommend it

The double room we have is clean and spacious. However, I am not giving a 5-star rating because of a privacy issue. Our room has a glass door, and a cloth curtain is provided for privacy. The fabric of the curtain is quite thin, and when the lights are on inside the room, one can easily see through it. This issue is exacerbated when it is dark outside. Therefore, privacy is quite compromised, making us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe.

This guest house is very convenient.One block from the train station. just around the corner are numerous places to eat and shop and a short walk to the central market. convenience is the main advantage of this lodging. The room was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. the shared courtyard space was a bit awkward with other long term tenants using it. overall , a very nice place to stay for a very reasonable price in florence.
