Maybe I'll start by saying that all contact I had with the personnel was via social media. Clearly some messages were automatic. Personally I'm not impressed by short messages, I prefer to meet humans f2f. The room was simple, functional, clean. However the ventilation was poor and opening the window made it worse as the minimalistic inner courtyard's walls were crowded by sewage pipes, both noisy and certainly leaky as far as the smells could tell. I close by stating the obvious, Florence is saturated by tourists also after the summer period, and prices of hotels and rooms are on average 2-3 times higher than in Paris or London for the same quality. This was no exception. Consider daytime mingling among tourists in the centre and spending the night away, trains function well enough for half an hour's commute to a place where quality matches price?

Not for me!

If you are <5’6 and <140 lbs, and still do not mind being in tight spaces, this is the place for you. If you don’t mind street entrances that do not close, landlady that has an automatic messge that says that she is not available even if your water runs out…this is the place for you! An A/C that does not cool in summer? Just do not expect anything but a kettle to boil water and a refrigerator.

Apesar de não haver recepção quanto era limpo diariamente, moça da limpeza muito atenciosa, internet ótima, frigobar, ar condicionado chuveiro com água bem quente, nada a reclamar e possui elevador.

El lugar en cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos. En realidad no es un hotel, es más bien un apartamento con varios cuartos.

Uselt och inte värt pengarna

Stopp i avloppet i badrummet vid ankomst. Det fanns bara ett duntäcke fast vi hade två sängar och det var iskallt på natten. När vi bad om ett till täcke sa de att man bara fick ett per rum. Otrevlig personal.

Terrível. Ar condicionado não funciona Aquecedor nao funciona. Passamos muito frio. Televisão nao funciona. Micro-ondas não é permitido o uso. Máquina de lavar roupas so pode ser usada por quem comprou o café da manhã Disponibilidade de um rolo de papel higiênico e um sabonete pequeno para o casal. Uma toalha por pessoa e não secava em tempo para outro banho. Atendente arrogante. Não recomendo mesmo
