Clean and a really good standard. Ambra was amazing, helpful and very patient with my pidgin Italian. Really nice shower, nice quiet residential area with some good eating places nearby. Definitely stay here again. Thank you Ambra (and Fabio)

What a wonderful BnB. Walking distance to all important sightings! Coop supermarket close by. Wonderful coffee shops and amazing pizza at A’Puteca. The room very clean and quiet and small balcony. Also, really easy to communicate with the management. Would definitely come and stay again.

What a wonderful property. Fabio and his team are so polite and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and included so many delightful items. Our room was perfect: comfortable and big with all the amenities needed. We highly recommend staying there when in Florence.

The room was great and AC worked very well. Although it’s advertised as a bed and breakfast we did not receive breakfast any of the days we stayed there - this might be because we left early in the mornings to start our days. Very nice and clean B&B with friendly staff

I would definitely book this B&B again if I’m staying in Florence! The rooms we’re clean and the staff was super friendly and communicative. The only thing I would like is a place to store luggage after check out that is locked. We could leave our things in the lobby but since the other guests had access we felt a bit uneasy about leaving the things there unattended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very secure which we appreciated. It is located close to a train station so it’s convenient to get to, and it’s close walking distance to everything! The area around the property was also fairly quiet and very clean. The only complaint that I have is that there is no breakfast included (you have to pay 7.50 euro per person per day to get breakfast delivered if you want it). Not a big deal by any means, but with it being called a b and b, we thought it would have included something.

Loved our stay here! It was very clean, had all the amenities and was well stocked and relatively spacious for a room in the heart of Florence- just a 20 min walk from the Uffizi Gallery etc. Our only issue was that the walls were thin and the other tenants/ staff were quite loud, starting early in the morning ~6:30-7 - you could hear everything.

Best hotel

This was the most incredible hotel we booked in the 2 weeks we stayed throughout Europe. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating as there is no front desk after 1pm. When we arrived we had an issue with AC not kicking on and it was fixed remotely. The balcony is beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend and we will book again when staying in Florence.

B&B Magnolia was a great experience! The communication was clear and proactive. The apartment was cute, clean, and in a great neighborhood… close to main Florence attractions yet in the local community to benefit from home town restaurants and shopping. Top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location about a 25 minute walk from the center of Florence. Quiet, safe neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. The only issue we had when we first arrived is we had to wait an hour to get let in as we had trouble contacting them by phone initially. The rooms were clean and the owners friendly. Breakfast available on request but we preferred to go to a local cafe and sit outside.

We had a great time at beautiful Magnolia, it is located in a lively but quiet neighbourhood, lots of cafés and restaurants only 10 minutes away, supermarket right next door as well as the bus stop taking you into the city center. It is furnished with comfy beds, a table with stools and an open wardrobe. The balcony is nice, the fan/aircon is perfect and quiet. As everywhere in Italy, you can hear the neighbours a little, but I am a light sleeper and just used earplugs. You can pre-order a breakfast basket with the hosts or just wander to the next café/pasticcheria for a café and a brioche. It only has 4 rooms, so maybe a nice idea for a trip with friends :)

Room was really lovely and newly decorated They forgot to clean the shower and there was some hair in the shower so I had to clean it Also really didn't understand the B n B and wasn't explained till the next morning the process It is a little bit of a strange set up as the reception is in the middle of the rooms
