I traveled to Florence Solo. This location was absolutely in a perfect location for walking everywhere. There are two really good places to eat on the same street but make sure you get reservations. The apartment was cute and the bed was wonderful, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive and helpful. I was amazed at how quiet it was. I felt very safe.

Absolutely LOVED the proximity to everything at this location, especially an easy walk to the train station! Very modern, clean, safe and roomy. We are especially grateful for Giorgio (who greeted us upon arrival) and is such a genuine, kind professional who was great at communicating and did us a HUGE favor by retrieving and delivering our passports when we accidentally forgot them in the room!!! We are SO grateful!! Above and beyond service - 100% trustworthy and highly recommend if you’re coming to Firenze! :)

Staff were great and very helpful. The room and the sheets had an special odor, Everything looks very clean maybe was the laundry detergent or somebody was smoking inside the room before us, the shower drainage needs to be fix and the tv, no iron in the bedroom. Something I would improve in this is add a table and/or chair the room is to basic. The room was in the 2nd floor and when you get there there’s like 4 exactly dame white doors, would be appreciated to add numbers or letters to differentiate the rooms and the exit. Location was great

It was a clean room but this is not a hotel. It is one floor with 4-5 rooms in it. It was good for us 3 family members and conveniently located to walking to the main train station and Duomo/Medici Chapel. Location is good but the street is very lonely in the night. The bathroom shower was very small and if you are 6’2” and 200 lbs, it is hard to take a shower. The host was very responsive and quick to let us in with codes and it was a little pricey for the stay but it was also New Years Eve but if you are not planning to stay long and want quick access to the city, restaurants and train station it is perfect. There is also a laundromat one block from this place.

Room was in great location! Walkable and near transit and restaurants. Was worried when we showed up as it looks like an apartment complex with no business name. Once we called and were texted back the code to get into the room and building though it was nice. Our room was on the backside and very quiet with a nice view of a neighbors garden. Liked having a fridge and some kitchen amenities. Room was fairly large for European standards. Tub was beautiful but no shower which was tricky for us. We could have messaged to ask probably, but there was no WiFi info we found and no daily cleaning in the 5 nights we were there. Bed was a little firm for me but comfortable.

We loved this hotel stay. The staff was very responsive and met us on site early to store our luggage while our room was being cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very clean. The lobby of the building did have a musty smell but the apartment itself did not have the smell. It is conveniently located to the train station in Florence where many local tour groups meet to disperse in the morning. It is also located around a hub of several good restaurants all within walking distance. Also located close to Accademia Gallery. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend again.

Great comfortable room.

Great experience, there was no lift but bags were carried to our room by the host, who provided full explanation on accessing the building. Lovely spacious room with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the centre and sights.

The property is miss advertised. The property is advertised as a ‘B&B’ (Bed and Breakfast) HOTEL. The property is not a Bed and Breakfast and neither is it a hotel. The property is converted studio apartments which is situated with in a block of residential apartments. To enter the property, you have to enter via a residential apartment door which is unmarked. The door, is also down a backstreet in Florence. The stair well / communal areas is then shared with residents. Please be mindful of this when booking. The rooms admittedly do look how they do on the pictures.

I was not happy that even though they kept writing to me and asking my estimated arrival to the hotel, we were not greeted by anyone and then we had to wait for the guy that answered the phone for 30 min (that was after I had to call him twice asking if he is on his way since he stated he would come in 5-10 min but never did). When finally settling into the room, I found a bunch of ants in the bathroom. I tried reaching out to Expedia, but then it got awkward because they proceeded to call the guy and then he put the phone to me of Expedia calling and asked me what they were saying. I was floored by this and just felt overall very uncomfortable. To compensate for the ants, he was going to move us to a different room but that one was far smaller and no windows in site. We decided to stay with our room and the cleaning lady came the next day to exterminate the ants. Overall I felt this place was not on top of their game and was unprofessional.

Even thought my reservation included breakfast there was none. I asked Georgio, no response. But other than 4 separate rooms nothing else. Weird situation and u felt like u were in a horror movie. No one there to assist, answer entry door. A neighbor heard my pleas for help and graciously let me in. This place is CREEPY.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad, con pequeños detalles por mejorar. La habitación es muy linda, limpia y cómoda. Nos resultó súper útil que contara con una plancha a vapor, un gran detalle para los viajeros. El proceso de entrada fue sumamente fácil y seguro, ya que el acceso a ambos ingresos se realiza mediante código. Lo mejor de todo es, sin duda, la ubicación. Estás a unos pasos de atracciones principales como la Galería de la Academia (donde está el David de Miguel Ángel) y la Basílica de San Lorenzo. Además, tener el Mercado Central de Florencia tan cerca es un gran acierto para disfrutar de comida riquísima todos los días. Como única sugerencia de mejora, notamos que el desagüe del baño es un poco lento, lo que hace que el suelo se moje al ducharse y genera un ligero mal olor, aunque es totalmente tolerable. Sería excelente que incluyeran una escoba y una mopa en la habitación para poder secar el piso fácilmente. A pesar de este detalle, la estancia fue genial y lo recomendamos ampliamente por su ubicación e instalaciones.

Schönes Zimmer, sauber und sehr zentral. Haarföhn usw. war alles vorhanden, Preis- Leistung stimmte. Der Shop fürs Frühstück ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, das Essen fein und das Personal immer gut gelaunt.
