CDT Duomo - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The apartment is in a very strategic location a few steps from the Duomo of Florence and Piazza della Repubblica and close to the main tourist attractions. This modern flat is located in a typical Florentine building with elevator and provides all the comforts.                                                
It can accommodate up to 6 people, in fact it has three double bedrooms. It has two bathrooms with shower, a large and bright living-dining area, with access to a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances (such as dishwasher, oven and washing machine), accessories and utensils. It features television, Wifi connection and Air conditiong.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and cannot be reached by car. If you are coming by car, please feel free to contact me to get information about the private parking in the area.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
