Beautiful old building extremely central, 5 minute walk to the Duomo. Comfortable room, safe area and easy check-in. The private washroom was very nice, fully equipped and clean, the only negative was the lack of ventilation that in hot days made it very humid

Great room for a great price!

Very nice affordable room within walking distance of most attractions in Florence. We felt very safe with 3 locked doors from street to room. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was slow, tiny and cumbersome so we just took the stairs. The bathroom and room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff, Stefania and Beatrice, is extremely kind and helpful. The location is amazing, we visited everything on foot. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I’ll definitely come back and have already recommended it to an aunt that is visiting Florence this year.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B at the end of April. The room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the communication before our arrival was excellent—they kindly supported us with travel options between Bologna and Florence. The neighborhood felt safe, and the location was very convenient. The self-service machine providing both still and sparkling water was a great convenience. Thanks to the kind lady who assisted us, we discovered some local restaurants in Florence. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience—we would definitely recommend it.

The location was very good, near food and stores and bus stop. Would have liked a breakfast option, but there was a panni cafe that was nearby and excellent. The elevator was very tempermental and I was afraid to use it even though we were on the top floor when the doors wouldn't open. Good communication with the manager in advance of our arrival.

Would definitely stay there again

We stayed there 4 nights and would definitely stay again. Comfortable, clean, welcoming, friendly. The location is great. Lots of restaurants around. There is a grocery store around the corner. The reception area has maps (thank you!) and a water refill station at no extra charge (triple thank you!). It has not only plain cold water but also carbonated water. The host we met was a pleasure to talk to, and she called a taxi for us when we were leaving. Thank you, again!

Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!

Nice Guest house..but walls are super thin and you can hear everyone..I felt like I had to whisper and tip toe around..nothing you can do about it for it is an old building. If you are looking for someone at front desk then this is not the place for you. Staff is there for a short time in morning. The one girl we saw at desk was very nice. Guest house is located near all sites. We would probably not stay here again only because of the eerie quietness and the feeling that you would be scolded if you talked to loud

Nice convenient guest house at a good rate. I liked that there was somewhere to get fresh drinking water in the lobby area. The only thing I didn't particularly like was that I had to walk through the lobby area to get to the external private bathroom for my room (note: I knew it would be external but not exactly where it was. I was grateful for the large bathrobe that was supplied!)

The guest house was fine if you only go for sleep but the entrance was very dark and scary I should use my cell phone light to see the stairs and get in to the building.
