Affordable, safe, and accommodating space!

I was so grateful to find this perfect and affordable place in Firenze. The people allowed us to store our luggage there after we checked out which was so helpful and so kind!! I highly recommend this place. It felt safe and it was comfortable.

Nice Hostal

Be aware there is no private toilet or shower. It's a shared bathroom situation and only a private bedroom. It says B&B and there is zero breakfast. It is super close to the train station and close to all the attractions and the beautiful river. Bring cash for the taxes. Safe, well located. But it's a nice hostal.

The apartment has multiple rooms with common areas, a kitchen, and a balcony, with convenient proximity to the train station. Free coffee and tea, along with reliable Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning, enhance the stay. However, noise from various sources like mobile phone usage, walking, talking, drilling, and passing trains detracts from the experience due to inadequate soundproofing. Additionally, the rooms appear outdated. On a positive note, the assistance provided by the staff was commendable.

This is a single floor within an apartment building. It's only a block from the Florence train station so it's very convenient. Accessing the location took a lot of time because the address wasn't clear. There isn't anything on the outside that indicates theres a hotel. Because there's not onsite staff 24/7 and I arrived later due to a delayed train, it took several texts and calls to sort it out. I was reminded several times that my arrival time wasn't as stated, but that was completely out of my control. Once at the site, it was fine. Only four rooms with two shared baths on the hall. The bathrooms were beautiful and I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease. *Though I was instructed on how to get out of the hotel area, I wasn't told the ONLY exit door was a "pull" not a push and the release for the lock was silent. Took a few minutes to figure out since no one else was around and no staff. Glad I wasn't trying to figure that out in a fire situation. Lesson learned. Very clean and basic, nice small, shared patio for sitting outside. Super access to the train station and only 20-23 minutes walk to everything I went to while I was there. Good price.

Shared bathrooms, air b&b style rooms in an apartment building, less like a hotel. Showers not the most clean, but for the proximity to the train station and the price of the stay, a good deal.

The location is good next to the train station, but because of it very loud at night. We could not sleep at night. From the hotel it is walkable distance to the center of city. I did not realize we had to share bathroom, and kitchen definitely not a big fan of this and also it did not seem that the bathroom was cleaned every day. If I would visit again I will probably will look for something else.

Its a good hostel, but not worth the price. The door is a thin shabby wooden door to the hallway and the other rooms. The rooms are located around the 2 shared bathrooms so you can hear everything all the time. Bed was uncomfortable and broken. Room was small, the building didnt look welcoming. Struggling with locks and the key broke in the door on our way home late evening. We had booked 2 nights but found a new hotel after a terrible nights sleep the first night. Staff did bare minimum to accomodate us.
