駅から30秒くらいの立地です。

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、部屋も綺麗です。バルコニーもあり、朝食も美味しい。立地も本当に良いです。特に大きな荷物がある時におすすめ。

Conforto e localizacao muito bons

Me assutei com a localização do hotel por ser bem em frente a estação, imaginei barulho quando precisasse descansar, mas para minha grata surpresa o quarto possuia janelas bem vedadas com sistema de ar condicionado excelente, tambem tive sorte de ser vizinha de quarto de hóspedes silenciosos. Cafe da manha simples, mas sabororo.

便利で親切な、また泊まりたいホテル

スタッフの対応が親切で、日本語をカタコトで話せる人もいて、とても気持ちよく丁寧でした。駅からすぐですし、とても便利です。 また、部屋もイタリアにしては広く3人のシングルベッドが余裕で十分な広さがありました。エアコンも、シャワーの水圧も湯量も、他のホテルでは不満に思うことが多いのですがこのホテルでは快適でした。 電気ポットを20ユーロで借りたのですが、掃除の際に一緒に借りたカップを全部持ち去られてしまい、毎日借りに行く、の繰り返しでした。10日超えの滞在中に1泊2日でナポリに出かけたときに、携帯の充電コードをゴミとともに捨てられてしまいました。この２つだけが不満です。

酒店就在火車站對面，落車過馬路就到，非常方便，外表感覺古典內裡也有电梯和各種电器，最好的是电熱架，衣服洗完放上去不到一小時就乾了。

駅を出てすぐ、また目の前は空港行きトラムの停留所、向かいにスーパーマーケット、と立地がとても良い。 なのに、部屋はとても静かで。ルームナンバーはジョットオでした。天井が高く、清潔で、庭にも出られ、ゆったり滞在できました。 フロントのシニョーレはアレコレ話かけてくれ、楽しかったです。 朝ご飯は甘いケーキの種類が多くて。でも一種しかないパンは胚芽入り(?)で美味しかった。 都度入れてくれるカプチーノも美味。

駅から近いので、列車利用の場合は便利。 朝食もまあまあ充実していた。 冷蔵庫にガスありとガスなしのミネラルウォーターが1本ずつ入っていて、これらは無料。ただし、連泊しても補充はなかった。

場所が非常に便利。列車で駅に着いて、改札を出たら、右手の出口から出て、階段を降りたら、道の向こう側右手に小さめの縦文字で、HOTEL AURORAと、あります。 建物、部屋は感じ良く、快適。ただ、すごく開けにくい袋入りのシャンプーしかありません。 目の前(駅に向かって左)に、スーパーあり。 受付のスタッフのサービスもよく、安心して泊まることができる。簡単な朝食ビュッフェがあり、観光前のエネルギー供給に便利。

nuove camere a pt

Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo all'Aurora, ma stavolta abbiamo trovato alcuni significativi: l'hotel è stato ampliato al pianterreno, ove c'è la reception(invero piccolina), e la saletta colazioni con un grazioso giardino.Invece delle ampie e fascinose camere ai piani superiori, stavolta siamo stati alloggiati al pt,ove ci sono alcune camere piu' piccole,ma moderne e funzionali (peccato senza vista). Comunque un ottimo indirizzo proprio di fronte alla stazione di S.M.Novella.

良かったです！

フロントの年配の方は日本語のお勉強をしているので挨拶など片言ですが、一生懸命日本語で話して頂けてとても親切で好感が持てました。 建物は古いですが、水回りは新しいようでした。 バスタブもありゆっくり出来ました。 ただWIFIの繋がりが良くなかった。 湯沸かしポットはありません。 空の冷蔵庫があります。 無料の朝食のチーズケーキがとても美味しく コーヒーの淹れ方が分からず困っていると女性の方が淹れてくれました。 とても感じの良い方でした。 また泊まりたいです。

Tutto perfetto . Tutto perfetto. Camera accogliente e spaziosa ; bagno con tutti i comfort. Solo una cosa : nel bagno c’erano due o tre formiche . Per la fretta la mattina ho dimenticato di dirlo al portiere . Non ho capito come funziona il frigo bar perché quello nella camera era vuoto mentre all’ingresso ho notato una sala con delle macchinette . Colazione perfetta con tanta scelta .
