We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. The breakfast was great. There was so much variety. There was a continental style and you could order hot foods and specialty drinks which were all included with the room. The room was rather large for a European hotel room. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo so you walk out and have a beautiful view. I’d definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. The hotel is in a very old building that is beautifully updated. The location cannot be beat at the price. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and breakfast was superb. When we opened windows at night it was sometimes noisy outside. The elevator is tiny and can carry only 2 passengers with luggage at a time. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was disappointing. It was the third hotel in Italy we stayed at and was the most expensive yet offered the least in terms of luxury, amenities, staffing help and assistance. It was clean but stuffy and small. No a/c in March left us at the mercy of the property to set the temperature. It is in a convenient location between the Duomo and the train station.

This hotel was amazing! It was right in the centre and an easy walk to all the sites. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast service was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are ever in Florence.

I loved this room, with the great view of the Duomo. Room was clean and well tended every day. Very quiet. Each room is named after a famous artist, such as Michelangelo and Raffaello and Piero della Francesca. The breakfast was outstanding, with cold cuts and cheese, cereal, eggs if you wanted them, pastries and bread, lots of fresh fruit. Plus cafe of any kind, in an attractive room with helpful staff. The best part was how pleasant,courteous and accommodating the staff all were. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'd go back in a second, as the location is also excellent.
