If you don’t mind stairs this is the place for you. They are in the third floor with no elevator! When we got there no one could help us lug our suitcases up all the stairs. The day we left, the nice young lady working there would have helped us. I was okay with the place as it was walkable into downtown Florence. But my friend has knee issues and had a very hard time with it.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch schon etwas älter. Das Frühstück bietet nur das Nötigste, aber die Kaffeemaschine ist top. Insgesamt für zwei Tage völlig in Ordnung – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne besondere Ansprüche jederzeit wieder!

The front desk staff were great, but the room wasn’t clean, the bathroom looks totally different than the photos and unfortunately we found a bed bug in our bed. We couldn’t even sleep, it was our last night at the hotel. Although we only found one bug, we felt uncomfortable and we are afraid we’ll have to deal with laundry and drying all of our clothes and bags mid trip. Wish I could get a partial refund, as we couldn’t sleep during our last night there.

Good location to several sites. Must carry luggage up a few flight of stairs. Staff friendly, but Housekeeping was terrible. Forgot to restock our room with soap and TP. Dusty ledges and tile that haven't been cleaned in a while. Room needs a good cleaning.

Don’t waste your money

If you like toilet seats with tape, pillow cases with cigarette holes in them and lack of proper lock, then you must stay at this hotel!
