La estancia está horrible, yo la contraté buscando que fuera un hotel, es una departamento, para empezar está en una calle sin luz, una puerta que no se ve y muy difícil de localizar, se encuentra lo más alejado de la transportación, lo que tienes que moverte con equipaje mucho más distancia, recordando que ahí no hay ningún medio de trasporte que te lleve, todo es caminando, el acceso con problemas puedes pasar una persona de lado y son 2 pisos para subir de la misma forma, tienes que dejar todo lavado y limpio, la regadera es una miniatura, si te mueves tantito cierras la llave o la mueves y te quemas, no me dieron acceso a wi-fi ningún día, se suponía que lo iba a resolver y no lo resolvieron, colchones viejos e incómodos, no lo recomiendo nada

The lower level had a bad smell of sewage. The room was clean, but I didn’t like that the shower stall was in the room in full view of the other guest. The room was meant for a couple. I don’t feel comfortable showering in front of family/friends. The breakfast was very good and the view in the breakfast room was nice. The ac is ice cold, so cold I had to turn it down.

Great stay for two nights

Location is within a few minutes of Ponte Vecchio bridge, duomos, food places and other attractions. Room was quite large and very clean, separate shower and toilet. The shower location was a bit strange as it was in front of the bed, with sliding glass door, and not suitable for a family. But everything else was excellent.

Sensacional!

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. Sua localização é maravilhosa, atendimento super especial. Deixamos nossas malas antes do checkin para serem guardadas por eles enquanto percorríamos os pontos turísticos da cidade. No checkout o mesmo atendimento. O café da manhã no terraço é estupendo com vista direta para o Duomo. Cama excelente, banheiro poderia ser maior! Se voltar a Firenze certamente ficaremos neste hotel. Muito obrigado pela acolhida!
