Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Delle Nazioni. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were even better. I also really appreciated the large bathroom, it’s nice to stay somewhere that doesn’t treat bathroom space as an afterthought. Breakfast was good, with somewhat limited options but everything I tried was tasty. The location is probably the biggest advantage: just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and very convenient for walking to Florence’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence.

We really enjoyed breakfast and the room was very clean and well air conditioned. Loved how cold we could make it during the heat wave. The only negative thing about our stay was there were little ants inside the room by the balcony doors. Very close to the train station which was convenient for us. We had a great view of the Duomo from our balcony! The staff let us put our bags in their luggage room before check in so we could go explore the city, which was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel that exceeded my expectations for a three-star property. The air conditioning was some of the best I experienced during my stay in Europe, and the location was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. At check in, they gave us a map and recommended places to eat because our family was starving, which we really appreciated. The rooms was very clean, and little touches like providing slippers made the stay feel a bit more special. Breakfast was also great. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a four star hotel, but for a three star hotel, I felt like I got a little more than expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent instructions about the area and the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps.

We had a great stay here. A great location close to the city centre (about 10 min walk) and the property was clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A bonus was the free breakfast which had a typical European breakfast and self service coffee machines! We would definitely come back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and available at 7am - 10 am which was very convenient. Elevator is a little old but works well. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel locations is right in front of the train terminal which is fantastic. However, be aware that there are lots of homeless, and I mean A LOT, of people and pick pockets that will make you uncomfortable and give you a sense of an unsecured place. But this is happening everywhere you go these days…

The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free.
