What a find! I expected a pkace this clise to the airport, and at such a reasonable price, to be quite average. Which would have been fine. But Hotel Franchi is a gem! Great, above-and-beyond service. Welcoming staff. A lovely lounge area on the ground floor, with a small pub for drinks and food. Clean and comfortable room, with a balcony! I can't say enough about how lovely this place is. For accessibility: one step up to get in the door and a small elevator if you don't want to use the stairs. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Florence.

it is literally a 10 minute walk from the airport, is the best way to get there, bartender was very kind, we ask for something to eat and offer two excellent options we get here around 22:45 and still people in the lobby having a drink and chillin the room clean nice and perfect for a night stay they have water machine at the entrance and in general it is a self checkin they send you a psswrd and you get in to the hotel the elev your room etc easy interactions definitely I will come back :)

Great location with easy access to the airport. The property offers airport shuttle service for a fee. Also a lovely restaurant & bar with delicious dinner options in a cozy setting. Breakfast available for a modest fee so that’s a plus especially if you’re catching an early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean. I was a bit stressed when the hotel sent me a message through Expedia but their email is blanked out with the app. There was someone at the hotel upon my afternoon arrival who sent me a code through WhatsApp to access the room. We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio.

Very Good Hotel for Airport Access

We had an early morning flight out of FLR and Hotel Franchi was perfect for us. Airport shuttle service to FLR started at 04:15, was on-time, and took only 10 minutes to FLR. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was extraordinary! Bar and food onsite was very good and the terrace was a nice respite in the busy city to relax before a long day of travel. We had the quadruple room and it efficiently accommodated us and our two adult children fine for the evening. A bit tight, but we are used to traveling together. The large balcony on the room was an added bonus. We will use the Hotel Franchi again flying in or out of FLR.

EXCELLENT stay with easy access to all we needed.

Hotel Franchi was an easy walk from our Car Rental return and then an easy taxi ride to the airport in the morning. The front desk staff were all so very helpful in making the taxi reservation for us. We ate dinner at the cafe on site and it was delicious!
