This is a beautiful hotel located on Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The room was very nice and quiet. The staff were excellent. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast fast was also excellent with plenty of choices and good coffee!

Amazing location and the room was wonderful. Bed was typical of European beds - small and terrible mattress but fine. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Staff were all quite stand-offish at the front of house, rarely saying anything when people are coming or going - like looking up from their desk is a chore. Giancarlo who checked us out this morning was lovely, however. Very nice. We would come back to this hotel.

Experienced the epitome of superior customer service from checking in at the front desk where everything was communicated in detail and answered all of our questions, to the porter delivering our bags from the taxi to the room then showing our apartment to staying in the lovely, very clean, spacious and centrally located temporary home.
