We absolutely loved this property, especially all the thoughtful details in the rooms, including evening turn-down service, complimentary welcome bottle of prosecco, and piped-in music in the room to further enhance the ambiance. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it and Florence!

The hotel was perfectly located right in the centre with all the sites walking distance. The hotel lobby smelt wonderful and the staff were polite and friendly. The room we had was spacious and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. My only issue was the AC was not very good. We could not get the room temp less than 19 and with temperatures of 30 degree's at night and 39 in the day, I really wished it had been cooler at night in the bedroom
