Clean and quaint, classic hotel. Nice and helpful front desk. Easily accessible from the train station - 5 min walk. Convenient location to historic center. Loads of restaurants, cafes, shopping. Good AC. Breakfast included was a nice bonus and it had a large selection of virtually all breakfast food. Hotel was quiet but street noisy. They have a place to store luggage. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe.

Well kept older hotel, great location 5 mn from Duomo, good breakfast and friendly staff. Room size was ok, didn't love showing up to Twin beds when I booked queen online. Bathroom was smaller than some cruise ships we've been on.

The bed and room were not throughly cleaned, causing us to move to another hotel. But the hotel is a historic building with beautiful design and architecture. Room sized are totally different than other hotels in Florence very large and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and comprehensive. Staff were very helpful.

The air con in the bedroom is an old system, it couldn't cope with a hot summer day. Excellent breakfast. It is an old hotel with lots of character, situated in a fantastic location. Good value for money.

An interesting property, nice and close to centre. Lack of bar is a bit if a shame. Quality and range of what was on offer for breakfast every day very impressive. Comfortable and quiet room was a good size, but showering accessibility was a real challenge given that my wife and I both have some mobility issues

Hotel Martelli is extremely charming. The rooms are a good size. Shopping and restaurants are at your front door. Santa Maria Novella is across the street and the Duomo is only a 5 minute walk.

Great location just above the Spanish steps room was clean and comfy and the free breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff they held our luggage too when we left Rome for a few days. Street noice at night was a little distracting but to be expected in a city

My mom & I loved our stay here. Mom has mobility issues so the elevator came in handy. It was also a close enough walk to the duomo for an easy walk for us both. The hotel itself was lovely and this was the first hotel we stayed in our Europe trip where the breakfast was included. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
