We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again!

I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again.

Convenient location, clean room, and hot breakfast

Hotel close to tourists area without being crowded by tourists. Walking distance to everything, very convenient. Very clean and have everything we needed while here. Delicious hot breakfasts everyday is definitely a plus.

This is a wonderful hotel in Florence! Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent air conditioning. They also had a great breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Florence.
