Nice but not as good as described on website

The room was very basic. There was no coffee maker or cups or ice bucket or other amnesties except minibar. On the website it says “sound proof room” but you can hear train and traffic noise. The breakfast was good though. The hotel is listed as 4 star on hotels.com but it is literally a 2 star hotel.

I was so grateful they were able to accommodate me rather last minute. I was having a very bad experience with an Airbnb and had to leave early morning . I was very tired but had a scheduled tour of Pisa that afternoon. Leonardo was able to get me into a room early so I could rest and enjoy my tour and he gave excellent help to get me there on the public transportation. I was a single older ish woman traveling alone and they made me feel safe. THANK YOU!

Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they do not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on the website. I had a worried few moments at 4 am when I was told although they had tried phoning a taxi was not available. With no tram running at that time I was inisistant they tried again, luckily with success, otherwise I would have missed my flight! I didn’t need that stress!

Check in and staff were wonderful. I was traveling alone and was put in a very small room with an even smaller bed. I am 6-1” and my feet were off the bed almost to my knees. I immediately tried to change rooms but was told that because I was single there was nothing else available. The air conditioning was not cooling my room so in the middle of the night, I opened my window. I woke up with at least 20 mosquito bites. The hotel’s location was great, close to St. Mark’s Square. I think the hotel should invest in larger beds for single travelers.

Good hotel, wifi problems and very average brekky

Beds weren’t stiff, water pressure was good, Wifi kept dropping out every few minutes which was very annoying and Buffet breakfast was very average.

Overall had a great stay and would likely visit again. Not the closest to the centre but walk is possible. Otherwise local transport isnt hard to find so getting back is simple. Mini shop was open next door which was a bonus. Rooms were clean, tidy and looks very new. The area is quiet and felt safe. Unfortunately did have problems with house keeping not understanding the do not disturb hanger. Walking in the room while trying to sleep happened 4-5 times with the hanger shown.
