Beautiful hotel with great location. Staff were very kind and accommodating! Room was clean and comfortable, our only complaint was that the lighting was poor (only a few lamps in the bedroom area). Great location and excellent breakfast. However, the room was extremely small — the bathroom had barely enough space to sit. If someone is even slightly big-boned, it would be difficult to fit comfortably in the bathroom, and the shower tub was so tiny there was hardly any room to move.

The property was located closely to the main train station in the city, close enough to walk to all the tourist destinations and right near a bunch of restaurants. The room was very clean, minimalist but perfectly put together, staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at again in Florence.
