Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, zuerst war der Check in total unfreundlich und genervt und dann haben wir unser Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite bekommen. Das Zimmer war einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Das Sofa, das noch nicht bezogen war , war voller weißer Flecken ... wo die wohl herkommen.... und sonst war alles im Zimmer nur dreckig und ausgelutscht! Wir haben dann das Hotel einfach verlassen und haben uns ein anderes Hotel zusätzlich gebucht! Nie wieder diese Bruchbude!

Mi dispiace dover segnalare un soggiorno scadente. Dalla pulizia dell'hotel, alla mancanza di cortesia in reception, al servizio colazione che chiude con anticipo di un'ora sull'orario previsto. Tra le altre cose, in quanto studentessa dell'università di Firenze, ho chiesto il modulo di esenzione dal pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e mi è stato detto che non esiste un regolamento in tal senso. Ovviamente il tutto smentito dal sito del comune, in cui chiaramente è riportato tutto ciò. Non consiglio il posto e non ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. Moved rooms & it had a hole in the ceiling & very noisy on the street side. Asked to move back to origins room use the other toilet until they could fix it the next day as my daughter was ill. While in the shower the door was jammed shut. When I finally did it open it fell in on me & sliced my shin open. Marco was super nice but the other man was rude & sarcastic bringing me literally to tears.

La stanza era pulita, l'impiegato di notte molto gentile e il resto del personale molto bravo, tranne l'uomo della reception nel mattino che ha un atteggiamento più serio, la fermata del tram è a circa 500 metri, in una zona tranquilla e sicura, la stanza era molto grande e la collazione soddisfacente

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Kernsanierung. Aktuell sind sämtliche Möbel zusammengeschraubte Sperrmüllobjekte. Oft ist ein Möbel aus mehreren Möbelteilen zusammengeschraubt. Die Zierleisten lösen sich in Fetzen von den dreckigen Wänden. In den Bäder ist schwarzer Schimmel sichtbar. Ein Lüftung gibt es, diese geht aber nicht. Abgebrochene Handtuchhalter werden nicht ersetzt. Klimaanlagen, Heizlüfter aus der oberen Etage sind gut zu hören - Nachtruhe dadurch Fehlanzeige. Großes Frühstück.....??? Täglich die gleiche sehr begrenzte Auswahl (1 Sorte Käse und max. 2 Sorten Wurst). Frisches Obst und Gemüse sucht man vergeblich.

Le condizioni sono quelle descritte nella presentazione. Solo una segnalazione: accettano animali gratis al momento del check inn mi dicono da pagare supplemento: non era nella descrizione, per pulizia accurata. Ok e ci sta! Al check out pago 25 euro: prezzo, credo molto caro per un cagnolino di 8kg piccola taglia per un hotel di 3 stelle!!!! Ho soggiornato anche in hotel a 5 stelle e per il cagnolino ho pagato massimo 15 euro a notte!!!!!! Se era scritto nella descrizione, nessun problema

Бронировали на 3 суток для пеших экскурсионных прогулок, Номера обшарпанные) но итальянский стиль присутствует во всём! Хороший напор воды и завтраки, вай фай не ловит( был номер на 1-м этаже) многие выходили в холл в том числе и мы. В целом Отель понравился до жд вокзала минут 20 , на момент бронирования был самый идеальный вариант с завтраком

Buono per un paio di giorni a Firenze

Hotel molto conveniente non distante dai mezzi pubblici per il centro di Firenze. La camera che ci e' stata data era una tripla molto ampia abbastanza pulita con il letto comodo, per quanto non mi piace la moquette sul pavimento. Purtroppo l'unica finestra non era dotata di zanzariere anche se in camera erano presenti dei dispositivi elettrici di cui non sopporto l'odore. Il personale del turno serale non e' stato per niente cortese, anzi oltre ad averci fornito indicazioni errate sui mezzi per il centro, mi ha risposto indispettito quando ho dovuto telefonare per segnalare un guasto al WC il cui sciacquone non funzionava. Promettendo di risolvere il problema il mattino seguente nulla ha fatto neppure il giorno dopo, abbiamo dovuto usare il cestino della carta come secchio! La colazione varia ed abbondante con ottime brioche. Il parcheggio e' a pagamento ma ha lo stesso prezzo delle strisce blu sulla strada quindi non vi e' nessuna convenienza. Dato il prezzo conveniente e la buona posizione consiglio questa struttura per una visita a Firenze. Consiglio al receptionist della sera di essere meno arrogante e piu' disponibile con i clienti.

Las camas estan muy viejas y duras. La television no funciono durante nuestra estadía, lo reportamos a la recepción y no hicieron nada al respecto. El continental breakfast estaba muy malo, tampoco tenían plancha. El personal de recepción muy poco amable y con mala actitud contestaron nuestras preguntas. Yo no recomendaría este hotel en Florencia.

Primeiro ponto atendimento péssimo, o recepcionista mal falava com a gente, o tempo todo no telefone, não nos dava informação de nada sobre o que tinha por perto do hotel, seja de lojas, turismo, restaurantes e etc. Segundo ponto: Internet não funcionava, sempre fora ou quando funcionava era lenta( isso que tinha uma mensagem que era muito veloz). Terceiro ponto: O Desjejum fraco, demoravam para repor. Quarto ponto: A cama dura, o ar condicionado no funcionava, tivemos que deixar desligado, porque estava com goteira.Resumo: péssima escolha. Agora quem quer economizar: único ponto positivo, preço atraente.
