Il soggiorno in una città turistica come Firenze è stato buono, senza grandi pretese abbiamo pernottato per due notti in una delle piazze più belle della città. Che dire..... poca spesa tanta resa, anche perché la stagione permette di avere dei modici.

Pesadelo em Florença

Simplesmente furtaram minha carteira dentro do quarto deste hotel, e levaram 500 euros e todos meus documentos, incluindo Passaporte. O hotel não deu a mínima atenção ao caso. Fiz boletim de ocorrência e tive que ir a Roma fazer novo passaporte para pode seguir viagem. Foi terrível!

Nice but noisy

Hotel is very well located, closed to most tourist sites, the room was clean and comfy, the only problem was the noise, because of the acoustics of the room we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, especially footsteps, things dropping on the floor and children’s cry, fortunately later in the night the noise gave us a break and we could sleep well.

You must remember the building is old and city laws determine the renovations, etc. We were upgraded to a room with a view but the bathroom is an add on and the shower was a head on the wall between the sink and the toilet

Overall not a bad hotel. But it’s was very old and not in a great condition. I am surprised that it is a 3 Star place. I feel it should be more like a 1 Star hotel

Location was brilliant. The hotel itself was below average. We are sure that the beds had bed bugs as we were itching and were bitten every day. Breakfast was ok but the cakes were dry.

Brilliant location but this hotel is very much in need of some upkeep. The decor is old and tired and the bathrooms are an assault on the senses. Breakfast is very limited but if all you're after us a place to Kay your head this will do just fine.
