My daughter needed a place to stay for an evening. I was able to book this great place from the United States, on line. She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I donโ€™t think so, but Iโ€™m not sure). She said that she would stay there again.

Amazing Stay & View in Florence

Wonderful and charming stay in one of the less touristy areas of the city. Very central location and the hotel has a certain charm to it. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The best part about it is the balcony / roof by the lobby. It has an excellent view. Good AC in the rooms (and it was HOT)

Hotel location was perfect. Room was nice and breakfast was ok. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 it worked it the last night it stopped working. Unfree had to check out early in the morning so couldnโ€™t let them know. Breakfast only starts at 8:00, so if you have an early tour like we did youโ€™re out of luck.

Pallazo Graziani Hotel in Florence

It was a very beautiful hotel and the location is good, close to everywhere. Excellent service. The downside of this hotel was that we could not bring foods / drinks from outside, and we could not eat and drink inside the room (except water). .

We loved this hotel!

Our favorite thing about Palazzo Graziani was the rooftop patio, with great views of the Duomo and all around. We were up there almost every evening to watch the sunset. Second best thing was the location, since we were headed one day to the Uffizi and the next to the Accademia. This is a fine hotel, with a good breakfast, attentive and helpful front desk, and spacious rooms.

Wonderful stay, great location

Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. Check was easy, all the staff were friendly and gracious. Location was perfect, a short walk from the Duomo and everything you might want to see in Firenze. Itโ€™s in a neighborhood right by a small piazza with great places to eat or have apertivo and slightly off the tourist track (bonus!). Breakfast was very good and the view of THE dome from the roof terrace was the winner. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo Graziani. The staff were very helpful and courteous and even recommended some great nearby restaurants. The room was very clean, with tall floor to ceiling windows. The property itself is in a great area, a close ten minute the Duomo but not so close that itโ€™s too loud. There is a fantastic piazza close by by the lions fountain pub that has lots of excellent restaurants and people watching. Most of the people in this area are Italians so definitely feels like a more authentic experienceโ€ฆ not a tourist trap! Best of all the roof top terrace gives you a 360 degree view of the cityโ€ฆ what better way to wake up than a breakfast overlooking the Duomo! 10 out of 10!

I donโ€™t know where to begin. At first we really liked this property, but that quickly changed once we slept on the hard rock bed. Saying it was uncomfortable is an understatement. It was literally like sleeping on the floor and donโ€™t get me started on the pillows. We would wake up super tired everyday. Also the lady that cleans the room, just left my stuff on the mopped floor and not nicely. And she didnโ€™t even leave us toilet paper. We had to keep going up to the front desk to ask for it. Our next room neighbor came banging on the door saying we were being too loud; the volume was at 10 on Netflixโ€ฆ just shows how thin the walls are. The fridge wasnโ€™t cool. The only good thing about this place is the location and the rooftop. We hated staying here soooo much that we left to another hotel two days before our trip ended and the guy was rude about it and said no refund. Save your money.
